Zamet has implemented the legislation on the protection of persons who report Breaches of EU law (“Whistleblowing”), pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (the Decree), which transposed EU Directive 2019/1937.
The channel for internal reporting of Breaches, including well-founded suspicions, identified by Article 2(1)(a)(3), (4), (5) and (6) of the Decree is active.
